Refund & Returns Policy
- This return policy applies to DAB Pumps purchased through Profusion H2O.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
- Cooling-Off Period (CPA)
- Customers may return DAB Pumps within 7 days of delivery if the purchase was made online.
- The product must be:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In its original packaging
- In a resaleable condition
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is de· a DAB Pump is defective or fails under normal use, customers may return it within 6 months of delivery, in line with the CPA.
- Profusion H2O will, at its discretion:
- Repair the product
- Replace the product
- Issue a refund
- All defective products are subject to technical inspection and testing by DAB or an authorised service agent before approval.

- Warranty Claims
- DAB Pumps are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, subject to DAB’s terms and conditions.
- Warranty does not cover:
- Incorrect installation
- Dry running or lack of water
- Electrical faults due to improper supply
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorised repairs
- Installation by a qualified technician may be required to validate warranty claims.
- Non-Returnable Items
- The following items are not eligible for return:
- Pumps that have been installed or used
- Products damaged due to improper installation or operation
- Special-order or customised items (unless defective)
- Return Process
- All returns must be approved in advance.
- To request a return, contact Profusion H2O with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos (where applicable)
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable time after inspection.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
- Returns & Refunds Policy – DAB Pumps
- This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all DAB Pumps purchased from Profusion H2O via our website and is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA), Republic of South Africa.
- General Conditions
- All returns are subject to prior authorisation by Profusion H2O.
- Proof of purchase is mandatory.
- Products returned without approval will be rejected.
- Risk and cost of return shipping remain with the customer unless the return is due to Profusion H2O’s error or a confirmed product defect.
- Cooling-Off Returns (Online Sales Only)
- In accordance with Section 44 of the CPA, customers may cancel an online purchase within 7 (seven) days of delivery.
- The product must be:
- Unused, uninstalled, and unmodified
- In original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- In a condition suitable for resale
- Installation, electrical connection, or operation of the pump will invalidate the cooling-off return right.
- Return courier costs are payable by the customer.
- Defective Products (CPA – Section 56)
- If a DAB Pump is found to be defective within 6 (six) months of delivery, the customer may return the product for assessment.
- Profusion H2O reserves the right to submit the product for technical evaluation by DAB or an authorised service centre.
- Upon confirmation of a manufacturing defect, Profusion H2O will, at its discretion:
- Repair the product
- Replace the product
- Refund the purchase price
- Products that fail due to non-manufacturing causes will be returned to the customer at their cost.
- Warranty Claims
- DAB Pumps are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, subject to DAB’s terms and conditions.
- Warranty claims are subject to inspection and may require proof of professional installation.
- Warranty excludes failures resulting from:
- Incorrect installation or commissioning
- Dry running, insufficient water supply, or cavitation
- Electrical faults, voltage irregularities, or incorrect power supply
- Improper application, misuse, or negligence
- Unauthorised modifications or repairs
- Normal wear and tear
- Excluded Returns
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Pumps that have been installed, used, or electrically connected
- Products damaged by incorrect handling, storage, or installation
- Special-order, project-specific, or customised products (unless defective)

- Description of the issue
- Supporting photos or videos where applicable
- Returns sent without approval or adequate documentation will not be accepted
- Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed after inspection and confirmation.

- Processing times may vary depending on inspection outcomes and manufacturer feedback.
- Limitation of Liability
- Profusion H2O shall not be liable for:
- Installation costs
- Removal costs
- Consequential, indirect, or economic losses arising from product failure
