Profusion H2O primarily operates in Krugersdorp, Johannesburg North, Randburg, Fourways, and Sandton. However, we’re happy to assist clients in surrounding areas as well. If you're located outside these zones, feel free to reach out — we’ll do our best to accommodate your location.
Do you offer free consultations or site visits?
We do. We’ll come to your property, assess your requirements, and provide a detailed, obligation-free quote — completely free. A R350 call-out fee only applies if you choose not to proceed after consultation.
Do you offer payment options?
Yes, we use the trusted Payflex payment option. You pay only 25% upfront, and the rest over 6 weeks in 3 equal payments. What makes it great is that you don't pay any interest or additional fees.

What happens if I need help after installation?
You’ll speak directly to the owner — not a call centre. We pride ourselves on after-installation support and are available for any questions, issues, or checkups you may need. The same service you received before installation continues afterward.
